¾ cup Boom Box oat vanilla drink
2 teaspoons almond butter
¼ cup of cashews (soaked overnight)
1 frozen banana
2 teaspoons Boom Box oat flakes
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
2 dates
A pinch of Ceylon cinnamon
