If you think pancakes can’t be healthy, you’re seriously mistaken. The cool thing is that they are super-quick to make, not to mention the taste – you just have to try them and see for yourself!
2 cups Boom Box oat flakes
1 cup Boom Box oat vanilla drink
3 ripe bananas
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend well. Preheat the pan, add a bit of coconut oil, form a thicker pancake out of your mixture, and cook on each side.
Spread your favorite sugar-free jam on them or simply drizzle with some maple syrup. Pleasure is guaranteed.
