Oat pancakes

If you think pancakes can’t be healthy, you’re seriously mistaken. The cool thing is that they are not only super-quick to make, but they also taste fantastic. You just have to try them and convince yourself.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Boom Box of oat flakes
1 cup Boom Box of oat vanilla drink
3 ripe bananas
½ teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
A pinch of salt

PREPARATION

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend well. Preheat the pan, add a bit of coconut oil, form a thicker pancake out of your mixture, and cook on each side.
Spread your favorite sugar-free jam on them or simply drizzle with some maple syrup. Pleasure is guaranteed.
